What is a campaign?
A campaign is the highest level grouping in a promotion. A campaign has a defined duration and budget spending limits. A campaign is made up of one or more offers that all fit within the date and budget limits of a campaign.
What is an offer?
An offer is a specific message to a target audience. This may be something like a buy-one-get-one offer to gamers aged 16~20. The target audience is defined by Tags - key words that describe the characteristics and interests of the audience.
Each offer has a specific budget and duration. The offer budget and duration may not exceed those set by the campaign.
What is the Rovrr Quotient
The Rovrr Quotient is used to direct more valuable offers to a more desirable audience. When an offer is defined, one of the required fields is a "real dollar value" (RDV). This is used to determine what the appropriate RQ should be. For example, if the offer is for a free medium latte, the RDV of the offer would be $3.50.
The offer's RDV is compared to other offers running at the same time. The higher the RDV of an offer, the higher an Influencer's RQ must be to view the offer. Each Influencer has an RQ allotment based on their past success. Those with a higher RQ can choose multiple valuable offer whereas Influencers with a lower RQ may only be able to pick offers with a lower RQ value.
How long does it take for my offers to be displayed?
Offers are generally approved within 1 business day but frequently much sooner than that. There is a human editorial process to ensure integrity of the Rovrr program and fairness to all advertisers.
Why was my offer rejected?
Generally, when an offer is rejected it is because the Real Dollar Value is set incorrectly or the content of the offer does not meet editorial standards. If your offer was rejected, you will be notified and asked to make some changes and resubmit the offer.
